Children are the first victims of garbage in the Angolan capital.
Luanda government declared several wars against garbage since year 2000, but no solution was found.
More than four governors had been dismissed by the President. One of the reasons of it was the garbage´s problem in the capital.
More than 10 enterprises had been created to deal with it, but the problem still there. Kids dye by malaria transmitted by mosquitoes.

Government´s policy to fight malaria failed. Promises are many, but results are few.
The population in Luanda has increased considerably. However, they are careless to deal with garbage. For this reason, malaria often visits poor homes. Kids are the first victims.
